Case study, 2022–2026
Five years with NGT
NGT’s shelves changed faster than its sign. Since 2022 I have designed its packaging, campaigns and animations, redesigned its logo and identity in 2023, and carried that system into three shops, a website and every season since. Below are 109 pieces, year by year.
2022
Before the rebrand
NGT was still Nutrition Global Trading, with a black round badge. The work: packaging for NGT’s own sesame bars, stickers for its candy mixes, seasonal campaigns, a storefront on Akadimias and the first animations.
Early 2023
A new online shop, still in the old look
The online shop came first: the Magic Beans loyalty programme, reward animations, navigation videos, product meters, a teaser and an Easter bazaar.
2023
The rebrand
By spring the shelves were mostly snacks from around the world. I redesigned the logo, documented the system in a brand manual in May 2023, and animated it in June.
2023
Storefronts and everything in between
The Kato Patisia shop changed in two phases over the summer, measured door by door, then Piraeus. The same system went onto bags, wrap, tape, stickers, price tags, order inserts, 83 category tiles and the year’s campaigns.
2024
Everyday retail
Flyers, a self-service price list, opening hours, coupons and review cards for the shops, plus an Easter mystery box, a 3D ad and email animations.
2023–2025
Mystery Boxes
The mystery box became one of NGT’s signature products, and every box needed its own cover: 10 in March 2023, then the maze cube from December 2023, lettered into more than 40 themes in 2024 and 2025.
2025
A new website
The 2025 site lets visitors shop by country or by diet, with 45 badges and a new menu. Around it: coupons, stickers and Google Ads.
2026
A third shop
Peristeri: storefront, entrance and a banner across the building, plus new paper bags and a coupon. “Nostalgia drops. Timeless vibes. Taste the world.”
Five years in, every new NGT shop starts from the same system.
