Case study, 2026
Kasos Lovers, an island on a T-shirt
Kasos Lovers wanted merchandise that anyone who knows Kasos would recognise at a glance. In early 2026 I drew four illustrations of the island, its old port, the Six Churches and two local dishes, and set them on tees and tote bags. Below are 15 final pieces and 2 earlier sketches.
January–March 2026
The illustrations
A crowded, colourful old port with an octopus on the quay and a fisherman reeling in a giant fish; the Six Churches in red, white and blue, once with a videographer and once with a photographer; and dolmadakia next to makarounes with sitaka, handwritten in Greek.

Tees and totes
Each illustration went onto a white T-shirt and a canvas tote, with the Kasos Lovers wordmark worked into the artwork.

Earlier rounds
Two first versions from January: the port drawn in line before it got its colours, and the Six Churches before they got a photographer.
